Course Goals:
Upon completion of the course, you will 
be able to score center, first-round hits 
on targets appropriate to your weapon, at random distances and from improvised positions. With a rifle in your hand, you will be able to control your environment out to distances that you can clearly identify targets.

Use of Deadly Force and the Law; Color Code of Mental Awareness; Civil Liability; Weapon and Ammunition Selection; Ballistics; Zeroing Tutorial; 50/200 Battle Zero (Rifle); Sight Adjustments; Optics and Red Dots; Hold Over; Mechanical Offset; Ammunition/Magazine Types; Clearing Malfunctions; Lights and Lasers; Close Quarter Battle Tactics and more.
Firing Range Drills Include:
Loading and Unloading (Speed/Tactical); Carrying/Sling Positions; Ready Positions; Shooting Stance; Sight Alignment, Sight Picture and Trigger Control; Rapid Transition to Kneeling/Squatting/Sitting, and Prone; Target Engagement from 3 yards out; Reactive Steel Targets; Emphasis on Speed and Accuracy of Target Engagement; Transition from Rifle to Handgun and back again.

AR15 Platform Defensive Rifle
This is one of our Signature Courses and is highly recommended
Required: The weapon must be fully functional, have all factory-installed safety devices intact, and have no dangerous modifications (such as a trigger weight of less than 4 pounds, removed trigger guard, etc., and must have a fixed or collapsible shoulder stock capable of being shoulder mounted. • The weapon’s caliber must be a rifle round of at least 5.56mm/.223 or larger, or a pistol caliber of 9mm or larger (Pistol Caliber Carbine) and have an attached sling, or sling swivels / QD mounts. 100 to 150 rounds and at least three magazines required.• Electronic hearing protection is mandatory and will be provided if needed. Some type of magazine pouch or carrier on the belt, shoulder slung, or on a vest is strongly recommended. A Completion Certificate and  Continued Training DVD will be provided. Call for details or additional information. This is a live fire course and is conducted one-on-one.

This course is limited to U.S. citizens with no criminal history and a valid License to Carry Concealed; Credentialed/Retired Law Enforcement Personnel, or Military/Former Military Personnel with a DD214. We reserve the right to refuse this training without explanation.
